Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way
Just made this today with peaches from the flea market. They were not very good peaches, but putting them in this pie made them delicious! Magic.

Coconut Cake III
This recipe was easy to follow and produced a very moist cake. I tweaked it a bit by using coconut milk instead of water and replaced the vanilla extract with coconut extract.
