Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
i would give this a 4.5, needed a little more mustard to cut the sweetness. also, made more than enough, had plenty of extra. i like the suggestion that someone else made, to cook it down before hand, and you dont have to baste as much. otherwise, very tasty. my family loved it!
