This worked beautifully and was delicious! I wasn't sure about putting the glaze on the bottom of the pan, but I noticed that while the meatloaf cooked the juices rose up and saturated the meat with the flavors. Then after I drained the grease and poured it onto a serving dish, everyone was able to taste this excellent recipe. I am now replacing my mother's meatloaf recipe with this one for our family!
