Baked Zucchini Chips

I have a dehydrator and have had many yummy zucchini chips when dehydrated. This on was not so good in my opinion. However, that being said my husband and daughter liked them. I thought they were soggy and not very tasty, though.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

This Recipe Is Great!! I loved and so did my entire family. Definately a keeper, but it does take a long time to cook. Baked Potatoes always take a while, though and they are so worth it.

I loved this recipe. I tried it without believing the reports about the quantity. I was proved wrong. This recipe does indeed serve 10. Wow it is a cheap and easy recipe to feed the family for a couple of meals.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

This stew was good, but could have been better. The only reason I tried this recipe is because it was a lot like one I had used before. I couldn't find that recipe though in the midst of moving. This was a good substitute though.

Watermelon Cooler Slushy

I loved this recipe. Here's a suggestion for you. Use balled ice from Sonic. It blends really easily and fast. My daughter's thought this was the best treat ever!!! Delicious!

Hamburger Potato Casserole

This Recipe is great for Picky Eaters. It is a little too bland for my taste, but my picky brother and daughter loved it. Instead of shredding the potatoes though I used a bag Frozen Hash Browns. It worked great. This recipe will definately be used again.

Munchy Crunchy Cookies

These cookies are sssoooo Yummy!!! I made the mix to mail to my sister for her birthday. They looked so good that I then mmade it for my family. They were a huge success. My Husband, daughters and myself :) ate them all very quickly. They were delicious.

Meatball Sandwich

This ia delicious! Mmmm. That's what my kids said. I tripled the recipe and saved the leftovers for Spaghetti and more sandwiches later. My husband tried to steal it and take it to work with him. It's a hit with my family!!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This worked beautifully and was delicious! I wasn't sure about putting the glaze on the bottom of the pan, but I noticed that while the meatloaf cooked the juices rose up and saturated the meat with the flavors. Then after I drained the grease and poured it onto a serving dish, everyone was able to taste this excellent recipe. I am now replacing my mother's meatloaf recipe with this one for our family!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I am a fan of anything Potato, but this is definately the best Potato Soup I've ever tasted! I do make a few alterations to it though. I like to add about 1/4 more potatoes and double the ham. I also put about 1/4 less black pepper in it. I tried it with the amounts listed first, but my whole family decided it was way better after the alterations.

Tomato-Garlic Bread

My kids loved this bread. We did cook it on slices of wheat bread instead of ciabatta, though. Next Time I try it, I'll add cheese on the top!!!
