Hummus III

this is really good! i modified the recipe to use with one can of garbanzo beans rather than two cups. one can equals about 1 1/2 cups of garbanzos. i used 3 tbsp tahini and the juice of one lemon. i also added 1/2 tsp of cumin as others suggested. this was delish!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

we love this pizza crust! it's a very easy recipe to follow and it is delicious! i like to add seasonings to the mix, like garlic powder and italian seasoning, for added flavor.

Bacon Ranch Pea Salad

i replaced the ranch dressing with a couple of heaping teaspoonfuls of mayo (my weird hubby hates ranch dressing!), used packaged bacon pieces instead of bacon and cut my cheddar cheese into small chunks rather than shredding it. i loved it, and ate every last bit of it!
