This was absolutely delicious and a huge hit at a brunch. I used mozzerella cheese instead of swiss because that is what i had available and it still turned out great. I will make this again, may try it with sausage next time.

Creamy Chicken Bake

This chicken was so simple and quick to prepare! I used Campbell's Broccoli Cheese Soup because it's what I had. The only changes I made were to add more garlic (personal preference) and I used fresh mushrooms instead of jarred. Served with green beans. I'll make it again.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

I made this for a tailgate party and it was a huge hit! As others suggested, I used a 9x13 aluminum tin and it fit perfectly. I left out the lettuce because it wilts but otherwise the recipe was perfect. I will definitely make this again.

These were a huge hit amongst friends. Though mine didnt turn out as perfectly shaped as they should have the taste was still there all the same. I will definitely make these again and maybe add some other ingredients as well

This recipe was very easy and tasty, you won't even know there's alcohol! The only problem is that they go down quite easy so after one pitcher we were feeling the mixture :)

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This chicken was very simple to make and a big hit with the family. I added a few more garlic cloves and sprinkled Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic into the bread crumb mix- used Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs. I cooked it for 45 minutes and as others suggested i flipped the chicken with 15 minutes left. Served with egg noodles, broccoli rabe and a salad. I will make again.

Mini Cheesecakes II

Good cheesecake recipe. I broke the Nilla Wafers in large pieces to cover the whole bottom of my muffin cup. I also used aluminum baking cups as other users suggested. They turned out yummy and were gone as soon as i put them out!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Quick and simple pasta recipe. I used 1 lb of bacon and chose to steam the spinach to wilt it. I also added a little extra garlic as is my personal preference. Next time I will probably add Feta cheese.
