World's Best Lasagna
Wonderful! I used mild Italian sausage, a whole onion and lots more garlic. Turned out absolutely fantastic and so worth the extra effort. I wish I would have made two! :)

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Loved it, and my very picky son loved it! Next time I'll try it as just the breast rather than bother with the kabobs, though.

Hasselback Potatoes
I really enjoyed these potatoes- easy to make and something a little different. I used olive oil instead of butter and panko for the bread crumbs. Next time I think I will season the bread crumbs for more flavor, or maybe add something other than salt and pepper. Should have read everyone elses reviews first! :)
