My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Amazing stuff! (i used 3 bags of microwave popcorn and there was enough caramel to cover it perfectly) The taste is awesome, but it's chewy chewy chewy. I might make it one more time and let it 'dry' longer.

A lady i work with makes this often...it is amazing. i'm going to have to get the recipe she uses and give this another try. Using this recipe mine turned out grainy and greasy. Bummer :( But...i still ate it...lol!

Ultimo's No-Bake Blueberry Squares

I made this over and over last summer. It always disappears! I use a few blueberries and marachino cherries to decorate the top...instant party pleaser. FYI...IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER COOK...the recipe calls for 2tsps of vanilla extract but doesn't tell you when to add it...so just throw it in and give it a good mix before you add the blueberries.

Slow Cooker Corn Chowder

I made this for my friends and i to have when we got home from a halloween party. It was a big hit. Everyone enjoyed it. I did add a little corn starch to thinken it up. But i thought the recipe was great as is. I will make again.

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

I used 3 big huge fresh jalapenos seeds and all! (the really hot ones with cracks and stripes...lol) OMG!!! Loved this dish!!! I ate most myself. It was hot hot hot...spicy spicy hot. The name says it all INSANELY AMAZING!!!...and did i mention hot?

Smoked Cheese Ravioli

I love smoked gouda!!! I thought this was awesome! I added a little crumbled bacon for texture...it was great, but not necessary. I will be making this again...maybe i'll try meat ravioli next time.

Bar-B-Que Sauce

I doubled the recipe and still barely had enough for 2 people. (We liked it that much.) I will quadruple it times a million next time, BECAUSE it is one of my new favorite things. I made the recipe as is, and i'm 100% pleased with it. In the future i might add some cayenne or crushed red pepper cause i love it spicy.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

When i made this....on Day 1 i used this as a sauce on my carne asada. The flavors are awesome! (It had the consistency of a thick dressing.) On Day 2 after being in the fridge all night...it was a wonderful chip dip. I loved it both ways.

Grilled Zucchini II

My zucchini acted like a sponge and soaked up all the vinegar out of the dressing. I did eat it, but i won't be making it again. Too vinegary for me.

I added a few good sized splashes of worcestershire auce. The recipe is plenty to make two balls instead of one log...one to take and one to save. lol Everyone really enjoyed this.

Oven Fried Chicken II

I followed the recipe and my chicken turned out excactly like it should. However it tasted kinda bland to me. Nobody ate seconds and i didn't get any reaction at all about how good it was. I might make it again cause it was easy, but if i do i will add more spices.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Fabulous!!! Totally loved it! I recycled the red wine vinegar bottle by putting some of the dressing into it to give my aunt for her birthday. (I had to add a little extra olive oil...and then when i came back here to write a review i see that many of us did. When will i learn to read the reviews first?!) Def worthy of 5 stars!!

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Fantastic! My chops were a little too thin to stuff...so I grilled my chops then topped with the gouda mixture and left it on the grill to melt. It was awesome!
