You will most likely find me in a kayak, or in the mountains with a backpack on, in a tent somewhere, or at a music festival. Typically my golden retriever Neo or my border collie Tybee are with me…usually both. If i'm inside you'll find me sewing, knitting, cooking, or making something....my hands are NEVER idle. I work in a medical lab for my 'real job', and i sew cornhole bags for competitions and fundraisers...i sew A LOT of cornhole bags...did i mention that i sew a lot of cornhole bags...lol I love ellipsis...they help me ramble...which is exactly what my mind does. Please excuse any typos in my posts...i'm not a moron...i'm just sneaking online at work and rushing ;P Anything with goat cheese. I'm embarrassed to admit how much of it i eat :) Before she passed away my mamaw taught me how to make her coleslaw. I ALWAYS get tons of compliments on it. She also gave me her cabbage chopper (the knuckler)...lol...i use it every time i make the coleslaw. Seriously...i have never had one! But...i'm working on that! Surely i have....but if i have to think this hard then i guess i haven't. We had a potluck at work when i was 19. I made chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips....they were terrible. I was too ashamed to take them to work because the ladies there could cook so well. That has been 20 years ago...and i still haven't forgotten it. They were HARD, crazy crumbly, and black.
