Asian Orange Chicken
As I was preparing this, I was skeptical, but it actually turned out nice. Next time, I'll cut down on the lemon juice and add a bit more sugar since I'd like to bring out a bit more of the sweet flavor. My breading fell apart when I mixed the chicken into the sauce unfortunately. The chicken even tasted good before rolling it in the sauce!
