Baked Ziti I

this ziti rocks. I was able to spilt the etxra to make a small pan for me without the meat. & a large pan for my husband with meat. So it was great fo us both to be able to enjoy this meal. Was a good dinner for the week.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Loved this salad so simple, but just right. I would recommend leaving the dressing out once it has set. The oil tends to seperate in the fridge after a few days.

Easy OREO Truffles

these rocked. I made for Thanksgiving and all people could say was WOW!!. super easy. I softened my cream cheese in microwave, mixed eveything & then put in fridge to harden. Then I formed balls.

The Best Lemon Bars

I love Lemon! & this hit the spot. I took the advice of the other reviews(using smaller pan), & used whole wheat flour intsead. didn't have regular, but still came out as a 5 star.
