This is always the most popular dip wherever I go. I serve it in the bread bowl, but serve with crackers.

I won a cookie exchange with this today. As others stated, I doubled the filling and put in a 9 x 13 pan. I let the caramel cool just a couple of minutes and then poured the chocolate chips on top. After a few minutes they melted and I spread them. I put in the refrigerator an hour and then cut and put back in the refrigerator overnight. They are very rich, so small pieces are perfect.

Very good soup. I like to make it for the Super Bowl and keep in a crock pot and any left overs I freeze for future lunches! I use 2 cans of corn (or frozen) rather than hominy and diced tomatoes rather than crushed. The cilantro makes it taste so fresh. I also grill the chicken and shred it rather than cut up.
