Merlot-Peppercorn Steak Sauce
I followed most of the suggestions- cut worcestershire in half, added a bit more wine- but still could have cut down on the vinegar. Overall good recipe but needs some fine tuning for me.

The Best Mashed Potatoes
this recipe was good. I used low fat where possible and only did half the amount of cream cheese. Don't overmix... this turns gluey very quickly!!

Unbelievable Rolls
I used 2c wheat flour 3c white flour... next time I would do a 1:4 ratio. Don't over kneed... mine came out a little heavy. Overall great taste though!
