Chilled Cucumber Yogurt Soup
I have to say this was my first go at cucumber soup, so I followed the recipe exactly. Perhaps with sour cream instead of yogurt it might be passable.

Tortilla Espanola (Spanish Tortilla)
This was a great, cheap dish that was really rather filling! A fantastic choice for brunch or maybe an early lunch with a light salad!
