Scrambled Eggs Done Right
I was hesitant about this because my family doesn't even like eggs. But I'm running out of breakfast meals so wanted to try something to see if I could get my family to eat scrambled eggs. And this was a hit. The mayo takes away that nasty 'egg' taste. I noticed that the eggs took on the taste of whatever I mixed in with them, cheese, ham, onions etc... My family actually ate them and asked me if they were artificial eggs.LOL I guess if you love eggs, this isn't for you. But if you're not big on eggs, this is a way to change the flavor.

Easy OREO Truffles
These are fool proof. Three ingredients. Doesn't cost much to make this in bulk and give away either. I have also made these using peanutbutter cookies instead of oreos...JUST as good as a reese cup, if not better!

Peanut Butter Bars IV
I made these as directed without the chocolate chips. They were very good. For some reason, mine were of a nice chewy brownie texture, so that is what I called them. LOL. Also, they were not overly sweet or peanut-buttery. Some might have thought they were not sweet enough, but I thought they were pretty good. Def. didn't last very long around here!
