I doubled the crust as well and these were amazing! Everyone raved!

I didn't have any golden mushroom soup, so just used regular cream of mushroom. I used 1/2 of a purple onion and didn't add any mushrooms because I didn't have any. I also added about 1/4 cup of cooking sherry. It turned out great! I think it would have been even better if I'd had all the ingredients needed. My husband and I loved it!
