My husband and I have 4 kids. Two who have to avoid wet dairy (cheese,milk, ice cream) and one that has to avoid gluten. I am always looking for kid friendly ideas for dinner and have created a few that I would like to share. I was a cook at a tavern for 10 years and now a baker at Safeway. I have done a lot of basic cooking and some gourmet cooking and baking. Looking forward to every ones wonderful recipes. I love to bake bake bake. We are always up for trying new things and love to create my own versions. We don't have any yet. Any suggestions? I have mastered the cheesecake. We had our own business for a while. We couldn't make them fast enough. If anyone needs help with that I would love to help and I will post a few of my cheesecake recipes. Hope you all enjoy them.
