Excellent, Excellent, Excellent is what I will say! Here are the changes I made: like others I used 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 sticks butter, I did not have lemon yogurt so I used low-fat plain, I added the zest of 3 lemons into the batter. I also used a lemon glaze made of powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice. This is one of the best cakes that I have ever made. So moist, so delicious, truly amazing. Extremely quick and easy to make, mine baked in 55 minutes. Thanks for a GREAT yogurt cake, my 1st and it's a keeper :o)

A very, very delicious and moist cake. I've made it MANY times and my family loves it. Here are the changes I made: I creamed the butter and sugar together, then added the eggs and mixed again, and last I added the sour cream and vanilla and mixed until blended. I also did not put the nuts into the cake, I added them to the cinnamon sugar swirl. For the swirl: I added 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 3/4 cups chopped walnuts. That is how I prefer it, and with these changes the cake was amazing. The longer it stays the better it taste. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Love to eat Biscotti, but 1st time making them. I have to say they are the BEST Biscotti I have ever eaten. Fast and easy to prepare, and so much fun to make. I love my Biscotti to have a good anise flavor and it was PERFECT! I followed the recipe just as written and it will be the only Biscotti recipe I will make. They are TERRIFIC as is but it is great to know if I want I can change the flavor of them if desired. A keeper, thanks :o)
