LOVE this recipe! I tripled it because I had 3 lbs of steak. I marinated it overnight and it was fantastic. SO easy and SO delicious! I will be making this a lot this summer.

Great recipe! My whole family loved it. I did cut back on the sugar to just 1 cup and I used 2 English Cucumbers because that's what I had on hand. Next time I will buy more cukes!

I LOVE this recipe! I originally made it as a side dish for a luau. It went perfectly with the Oven Kahlua Pork and fresh fruit. I've made it many times and it is a great tasting side for almost anything! My only change is to just chop the peanuts so there is more texture. Even my 4 and 6 year old girls love this dish.
