Beef Stroganoff III
My family loved this recipe. It was easy and inexpensive to make. I took the advise of another reviewer and marinated the beef in red wine and used part cream cheese. This gave it great flavor. Thanks for the recipe!!

Red Cabbage Salad II
This was so flavorful and now a favorite. I made a few modifications, used balsamic and added slivers of onion and fennel since I had it on hand. Thanks!!

Sage Pork Chops
