American Lasagna

30 minutes would have been plenty of time. I made the mistake of taking the advice of other reviewers and cooked it way too long. I got really crusty noodles. One piece of advice I should have taken was to make more sauce. Mine turned out crusty and a little dry. Really delicious taste though, based on that, 4 stars.

Spicy Sausage and Rice Casserole

Woo! This was spicy! But I believe this was user error. Great taste, but I will definitely try a different type of sausage next time. I used Logan's hot chorizo and even for me ( I loooove spicy food) it was way too hot. Wonderful and easy otherwise.

Definitely a 5 start recipe if you omit the salt. I left out the salt like all the other reviews said and these steaks were to die for! Thank you, Macaw!

Onion Rice Pilaf

Very nice side dish. I'm a beginner and this was nice and easy. I did use long grain rice like Lucy said and increased the liquid. Thanks for the recipe!
