Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe
I haven't eaten Crawfish Etouffe since I was a kid visiting my aunt in Louisana. I love it then. AND THIS TASTES EXACTLY LIKE I REMEMBER IT, AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
