Cheesy Baked Cauliflower

This is a delicious cake. I read other reviews and cooked the cake longer, only to realize I may have cooked it a tad too long - still very good - just a dark brown crust that was a little tough. I still had rave reviews. Made a coconut cream cheese icing - mmmmm.

Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting

I just made this frosting with a pound cake - absolutely delicious! I love the combination of cream cheese and coconut. I will definately use this frosting again and again! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful recipe.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

I found this sauce not thick enough. It ended up spilling over the sides of my pizza making a big mess in the oven. We even put the sauce not too close to the edges of the pizza dough and it still ran over. I omitted the anchovy paste and found the flavor okay.

Cobb Salad

What a nice salad. The addition of blue cheese really adds a nice flavor, too. Recommend making this one. It's such a nice change and it doesn't take too long to make... well worth it.

Super-Duper Chili

Awesome recipe. I put less cheese and a different type of sausage - you can't go wrong if you follow this one or change it slightly. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe.
