Marinated Beet Salad

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

Followed recipe exactly and it turned out fabulous. Made it for my brother because it is his favorite dessert and it was a big hit. Everyone else enjoyed it just as much as he did.

DEEEE-LICIOUS! These are now my favorite muffins!!! So moist & tasty. It was hard not to eat all the batter... I only substituted granola for oats & coconut for chocolate chips (since I have a 2 1/2 year old). The are the most delicious muffins! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

I was always afraid to make bread - seemed like so much work and alot of time and then it never turned out... until I met this wonderful recipe!!! It is fool proof, even for me. And I can't forget to mention the lovely taste and texture. It came out of the oven golden on the top. It is a beautiful bread. I just love it! My husband and infant son lapped it up with some butter and jam. This is my new Bread recipe. Gonna try making it with cinnamon & raisins since I love it so much, why not try a variation? Thank you for posting this recipe and sharing it with all of us!

Cranberry Flax Muffins

These are marvelous muffins! Just made them and they smell great baking and taste just as good. I live in a small town, so I wasn't able to find flax seeds... so I substituted flax seeds for coconut. Also, used apple sauce for the oil. MMMmmmmmarvelous. Thanks for sharing your recipe so others can enjoy. This is definately a keeper and will make often.

Coconut Cream Pound Cake

This is a delicious cake. I read other reviews and cooked the cake longer, only to realize I may have cooked it a tad too long - still very good - just a dark brown crust that was a little tough. I still had rave reviews. Made a coconut cream cheese icing - mmmmm.

Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

I found this sauce not thick enough. It ended up spilling over the sides of my pizza making a big mess in the oven. We even put the sauce not too close to the edges of the pizza dough and it still ran over. I omitted the anchovy paste and found the flavor okay.

Cobb Salad

What a nice salad. The addition of blue cheese really adds a nice flavor, too. Recommend making this one. It's such a nice change and it doesn't take too long to make... well worth it.

Super-Duper Chili
