Mashed Potato Cakes
I dont know what happened but it was horrible!!! It's not the recipe, it's me...LOL! I will try again next time & hope for the best...LOL!

Fried Pork Chop
Not bad, still not my favorite but not bad!! I think I over seasoned it! I put extra seasoning cause of some of the reviews I read. I think next time I will follow the recipe exactly...LOL!

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes
These were some of the best mashed potatoes I have ever had!!! I will make these for now on! You have to try this recipe, I give it a 5! Excellent!
