Baked Pork Chops I
I have made these twice in a week, they are so delicious! Instead of using wine in the sauce, I mix a 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup with a small can of mushroom steak sauce and chicken broth. Absolutely delicious!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
These cookies taste great. The cons for me are: the stickiness of the dough and I wish they didn't puff so much. The puffing causes them to not hold their shape so well, so I think I may continue to look for a recipe that stays flatter.

Mrs Espy's Enchilada Sauce
I made this sauce with LadyHen's recommendations, and it turned out delicious! Great recipe, as long as you make the needed adjustments.
