Butterscotch Bread Pudding
This turned out wonderful, my husband loved it! He's the big bread pudding and butterscotch fan around here. I did make a couple of changes. First I halved the recipe and baked it in an 8x8 glass pan. I added 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, kept butterscotch chips at 1 C, added 1/2 C vanilla chips, only used 1 egg. I used 1 1/4 C 2% milk, and 1 C heavy cream. I also made a glaze to pour over it that really finished it off. I brought 1/4 C heavy cream, 1/2 C white sugar, 1/8 C butter, 1 tsp vanilla to a boil stirring constantly, and turned down to low stirring for 3 minutes. This is really a perfect amount for an 8x8 batch. Poured over hot bread pudding and it was wonderful. I would make one suggestion I'm going to try next time though. It would be better if the butterscotch and vanilla chips were melted before baking and stirred in. For some reason they didn't melt much in the oven and melted would be better.

Best Bread Machine Bread
This really turns out great! I increased the salt by 1/2 tsp, and used regular flour. I mixed the sugar, water, and yeast in the bottom of the pan just like it said and even though my breadmaker isn't supposed to work like that it turned out perfect. I like my bread a little sweeter, so next time I will increase the sugar. This will definately be my new standby white loaf recipe.

Bonnie's Fruit Dip
I messed this up and it was still a hit. I forgot it was 1 cup of whip cream and I added a whole container of cool whip. Too thin but still tasted like a good combination of ingredients. I also added a little red food coloring to take away from the brown. Next time I'll do it right and it will be great.
