Bubba's Jambalaya
This was great! Easy to make, but it makes a ton. I halved the recipes and it was still way too much. I cooked the vegetables in butter and I had tomato sauce left over and threw that in. I didn't let the shrimp cook long enough in the jambalaya, but I think next time I'll saute them first
