Grilled Tri-Tip with Oregon Herb Rub
We grill Tri-Tip often, but this is the first time I used a dry rub. In the past we have always used a marinade, Soyvay, which has a Teriyaki flavor. I was skeptical, but because of the great reviews I tried it. The reviews were right and this was absolutely delicious! Remember not to poke at the meat with a fork or all the juices will run out and you have to let it rest or you will have a tough Tri-Tip. Enjoy! We did.

Tiramisu Toffee Dessert
Served this at a dinner party and got great reviews. I too, whipped the cream separately and folded it into chocolate mixture. Used Kaluha rather than chocolate. I could not find chocolate toffee bits, so I bought toffee bits and melted chocolate chips over the top, like a toffee chocolate bark. Then once cooled, just broke them up and used to sprinkle on top. Suggest cutting back a bit on the sugar. Delicious and makes enough for an army.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding
Wow! I would have never believed that something this easy to make could be so delicious. The tablespoon of butter that several other reviewers mentioned does complete this wonderful recipie. Add a dollop of whipped cream and it's heaven on earth.
