I wasn't able to roll out the dough because it was too sticky. I just dropped them out in rounded heaps and they turned out great! Very yummy and the recipe couldn't be easier.Thanks for sharing!

LOVE this recipe!! To make it even easier (and more tasty) I use a rotisserie chicken. I've found that I can get three of these pot pies out of one chicken, and this recipe freezes beautifully. I also substitute dill for the celery seed. ALSO, instead of using refrigerated pie crust I use a box of jiffy pie crust. They only cost about 50 cents, takes only seconds to whip up and tastes like a real homemade pie crust.
