Chicken Pot Pie IX
LOVE this recipe!! To make it even easier (and more tasty) I use a rotisserie chicken. I've found that I can get three of these pot pies out of one chicken, and this recipe freezes beautifully. I also substitute dill for the celery seed. ALSO, instead of using refrigerated pie crust I use a box of jiffy pie crust. They only cost about 50 cents, takes only seconds to whip up and tastes like a real homemade pie crust.
