Spaghetti Squash I

I was disappointed in this dish after the great reviews. It was very bland, my boyfriend had a couple of bites and opted for cereal instead. Won't be making again :(

This was a very tasty soup...it usually has to be exceptional for me to give a 5...it's not exceptional but I'm giving it a 5 because it is very tasty AND healthy which is sometimes difficult to find. I boiled and shredded 2 chicken breasts for some added protein and have been enjoying the left overs all week! :)

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

I followed previous advice and rolled the bacon and the smokies in brown sugar, then sprinkled with brown sugar on top as well...they were fantastic and went far too quickly, I had numerous requests for the recipe! Thanks for the great addition to my appetizer collection :)

Sausage Jalapeno Poppers

I have been making these for a while and they are ALWAYS a hit...I get requests for them everytime I have a get together...the only thing I do differently is add about 3/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese to the cream cheese and sausage mixture...it makes them even more scrumptious!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Marinated chicken for 3 hrs and then baked it rather than grilling it (grill is broken), The chicken was incredibly moist and the flavor was very good.
