Maple-Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies
OMG!! I got alot of sideways looks offering these but not one complaint. So fun So good. I would go less on the chocolate more on the bacon but that's just me.

Frozen Peanut Butter Cheesecake
I thought this was a great easy recipe. I'm not crazy about all the chocolate in the rice crispy crust so next time I'd probably switch it out for a gram cracker crust!
