Slow Cooker Pork Chops II
Very tasty. I used bone-in pork chops which had more dark meat and kept the chops nice and moist.

Capers and Halibut
Made this using lemon olive oil. Followed directions exactly other than that. It was good, but I felt something was missing. I used a Riesling wine which was all I had. Next time, would use a Chardonnay or a Pinot Grigio.

White Chili
Great one-dish meal! I tweaked it using some of the previous reviewers' suggestions - used chopped onion and roasted garlic, used chicken broth instead of water. I also added some chipotle hot sauce and cumin. Served with Tostitos and sour cream. Delish!
