Mini horse watching TV
About this Cook
Retired and raising a miniature Appaloosa Horse, she's 10 months old and we are training her in hopes to use her as a therapy horse, take her to nursing homes, etc.
My favorite things to cook
almond lace cookies and broccoli shells and procuitto
My favorite family cooking traditions
Broccoli, shells and procuitto
My cooking triumphs
Almond Lace Cookies, recipe found in a 2002 Ladies Home Journal and they are indeed the best ever cookie.
My cooking tragedies
tried to use Slendar in place of the sugar for the almond lace cookie and it turned the best ever thin, delicate, yummy cookie....into a dry tasteless thick ball.

Awesome Broccoli Casserole
I hate veggies and I guess I can't say that any longer because I loved this. My family raved about it also. Wouldn't change a thing, it's great the way it is!
