Bacon Corn Chowder
This was a perfect cold winter day dinner. I did double the recipe, I wanted leftovers, I used chicken broth instead of water, and one can creamed corn and one can whole kernal. Great with bisquets!

Honeyed Pork Chops
Very nice. I used thinner pork chops so make sure you keep an eye out. One hour would have been way to long. Also probably could have used a bit more soy sauce!!

Maple-Glazed Pork Chops
Very simple and tasty dish. I do not add the cornstarch....I dont keep any in the house. Tasty I make about every other week or so!
