Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
OMG this recipe was really really good. I did make some changes tho! I used alot more wine than even all the other reviews said...about half a bottle in total. I used 1/2 cup to cook the shrimp in and then after I added more. I used a big can of seasoned diced tomatoes because it was much easier. I didnt drain them. This yielded much more sauce and was better, I added a little milk to thicken since I didnt have cream or half and half, will use next time. I aslo added spinach while the sauce was cooking. I suggest using the 70 count shrimp they cook faster and you get more. The feta is sooo good in the dish, I went with seasoned feta btw. Angel hair pasta and some cheesy garlic bread made this dinner very nice for two and I will be making again!
