Easy Key Lime Pie I

Reviewed: May 21, 2009
wow this is good! SO easy. I even used fat free and reduced fat sweet con. milk and light cool whip and can not tell a difference! Followed others and used 4 yolks and 2 cans of milk. My husband LOVES IT!!!!!!!!!!

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

I really liked this! Although it came out a bit thick, but that is an easy fix. It can be altered to add more of what you like (i.e. celery) or omit things yo do not (i.e. peas!)Good recipe, I liked!

Pig Pickin' Cake

This is always a crowd pleaser (My manager asked me to give his wife the recipe) and is not yout typical 'heavy' cake. Light and refreshing and always moist. I love this cake and make it in a 9x13 pan - you can also reduce the calories by using lite cool whip in icing and some applesause in place of the oil...I would say 'MAKE THIS CAKE'!!!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2009
FANTASTIC! I have, in all my years of cooking, never fixed a whole chicken - always used breast for everything. I was going to use the slow cooker recipe but thought I would give this a try instead - I AM GLAD I DID! This was so good, the meat was moist and the outside was nice and crispy. The only thing i will do next time is use less margarine, I think I added more then the recipe called for, because I really did not measure. I also used the Smart Balance Light and it was great. I wanted to add that I ate some of the breast meat whenit was 'cold' about an hous later and the flavor was just popping out! thanks so much for sharing - I will make again and again!

Creamy Rice Pudding

This was really good and really simple compared to my 'old-fashion' recipe which cooks for over an hour. Nice - saved and will make again!

Lemon Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
I also used the lemon cake mix - I mixed according to the directions but the cake still 'shrank' after I removed from the oven, which really is not a big deal. This cake was MUCH MUCH better after being in the fridge all night - tasted like a different cake on day 2! I really like it and is a GREAT alternative to the fat and oily other ones!! I will make this again, soon.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

Loved this! Made it with deer meat that was in freezer and just wonderful! I placed it in a slow cooker when it was done to keep it warm and the gravy stayed very smooth. Thanks for the share

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
This is wonderful! I want to make it again and again! My husband does not like bananas in his pudding - so the is now called my bananaless pudding. I did not use the entire can of sweet con. milk and ran a bit low on the cool whip. This is yummy, yummy, yummy, will make again and again!!
