This was a great recipe and turned out beautifully. Great flavor and very easy to fix. However, if you are going by portion sizes to watch your weight - they are very small portions.

Bar Harbor Cranberry Pie

I served this at a dinner party and it was received with rave reviews. I was asked for the recipe and have since been asked to make it again for my boyfriend. The best part is that it isn't fattening and loaded with flavor. I fixed it just as the recipe says.
