Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

AMAZING. Don't change anything! These turn out perfect every time. If you were to do anything, add a pinch of salt and maybe a few drops of vanilla. I make these any time I attend an event and people always rave how amazing they are! Don't change the recipe!

This is really good but really time consuming. I gave it four stars because I don't like the taste of frozen spinach. When I make this again, I will use fresh but that is just a personal preference.

I really LOVE this recipe! I made it just like it's listed and the only adjustment I will make the next time I make this is cutting back on the parsley. I will probably go more with 2/3 cup.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I made this word for word as listed above and I thought it was fantastic! I used a store bought pie crust which made this dish super easy. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe.

This recipe is AMAZING! Like others, I substituted ricotta cheese for cottage cheese. I just like ricotta better than cottage. Again, this is AMAZING!

Pineapple Chicken Tenders

Dang good and dang easy to make. I cooked mine in the oven because we don't have a grill. These were really tasty! I used the left over marinade to make a sauce that we used over the rice. I simply took the extra marinade and added some cornstarch. I will be making these again!

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These are AMAZING! I didn't have garlic powder or steak seasoning, so I just used garlic salt, the minced garlic, half and half, and butter. These were SO good. I will be making them again.... tomorrow!
