Chicken Pot Pie IX

I made this word for word as listed above and I thought it was fantastic! I used a store bought pie crust which made this dish super easy. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe.

Baked Ziti I

This recipe is AMAZING! Like others, I substituted ricotta cheese for cottage cheese. I just like ricotta better than cottage. Again, this is AMAZING!

Dang good and dang easy to make. I cooked mine in the oven because we don't have a grill. These were really tasty! I used the left over marinade to make a sauce that we used over the rice. I simply took the extra marinade and added some cornstarch. I will be making these again!

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These are AMAZING! I didn't have garlic powder or steak seasoning, so I just used garlic salt, the minced garlic, half and half, and butter. These were SO good. I will be making them again.... tomorrow!
