Old Fashioned Potato Salad
I would have given this 5-stars if it was my mother's tater salad. I think this one is awful good - the family (who doesn't like tater salad) even liked it. Excellent!

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
This rating was difficult. I have grilled ribs for 20+ years and scoffed at those who bake ribs and use sauce. My eldest daughter finally told me after 11 years that she really didn't like my ribs, so I decided to use this recipe. Everyone loved them...and the sauce is a good one. I recommend it.

Memphis Rub
I have mixed rubs for years and this is a good, not great, rub. I think the mix has too much paprika and would recommend that one add more brown sugar to the mix.
