Baked Lemon Chicken
This was delicious! I also added about 1 TBSP of honey to the mixture before I coated the chicken in bread crumbs. My oldest daughter refuses to eat chicken most days and she actually asked for seconds on this one. I'm keeping this recipe close at hand!

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
This was absolutely delicious. Definitely too spicy to feed the kids, but perfect for the adults. Can't wait to try this again!

Cajun Chicken Pasta
This was AMAZING. Just made this for Valentine's dinner and my husband & I loved it - had seconds. Can't wait to make this for my family.
