Thai Peanut Chicken

This was a very good and easy recipe. Although it really needed an extra kick to be thai! I really like the peanut addition though!

Very Tasty!! This is a sweet treat that is good for special occasions but it makes a lot at one time. We used red grapes with raspberry jello and it was yummy! Everyone loved it. We made it in the afternoon and ate it after dinner. The next day they weren't as good.

Bread Bowls

This was just average for me. When I rolled them and put them on the pan to let them rise the second time they became pretty flat which made it hard to put soup in them. But the taste was pretty good.

Italian Bread II

This bread was good! I made it with a bread machine and it was just as easy! I didn't use the sesame seeds but it didn't seem to need it. I also only made one loaf not two. It was big and after putting it on the pan it spread out, which made it pretty flat and wide, but still tasted good

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

This recipe is fantastic! I love greek salad and this is just as good if not better than any greek dressing that I have bought or ordered at a restaurant. I scaled it down to only make 30 servings. It was so good and so easy!

Clone of a Cinnabon

These were definitely like the original! They are VERY sweet! But VERY good! I don't have a bread machine, so I made them by hand. They were very simple and so good. The frosting made them even better. I will definitely recommend them to friends!

Homemade Pizza Sauce

This sauce was great. I pureed can tomatoes and used tomato paste instead but it turned out great!!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This was a very good pizza crust! I used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose and it turned out great! I made a huge pizza and could easily be two mediums pizzas.
