Irish Chicken and Dumplings
OMG. Hands down the BEST chicken and dumplings I've ever had! I've made this several times, and it turns out perfectly. I'm a bit of a health nut, so the only modification I make is I use reduced fat/fat free soup. Other than that, I follow the recipe exactly. You won't be disappointed!

Easy Pork Chop Casserole
This wasn't bad, but not the best I've had. I give it 4 stars because of the simplicity of preparation. I personally had to make my own modifications to give it enough flavor. My husband and I are avid spice fans. I felt the recipe as it is didn't have the flavor we were looking for.

Cinnamon Apple Syrup
Very easy and simple. I actually substituted pears for the apples. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. I baked little shortcakes while the pears were cooking and made my own whipped cream to go on top. Yummy!
