Mom's Best Waffles
These were awesome!! I was skeptical when I made the batter because it was rather thin (a reviewer who only gave it 1 star said it was thin so I was worried because mine was too). After trying them my son said "no wonder it's called Mom's Best Waffles". They were awesome, best waffle recipe I have tried. I added 1/2 tsp. cinnamon in mine because my son likes cinnamon waffles. It wasn't overpowering, just a hint, I will add a little more next time. Thanks for the recipe!!

Quick and Easy Brownies
I have never written a review before (although there are many awesome recipes on this site), but I couldn't resist this one. These brownies were probably the best I have ever had! I have been in seach of the perfect brownie receipe and I think I have found it! A couple very minor changes I made. I sifted the cocoa power before putting it in the mixer so there where no lumps; I used 1 c. of flour like some reviewers said and I only used 3 eggs. They came out perfectly. Mine took the full 30 min. to bake in a 13x9 pan. Thanks for the recipe!

Boston Cream Pie II
This cake was awesome! The only real problem I had was not enough filling, but that is really not a problem, just next time I will double the filling. I did sift the sugar with the cornstarch before I started to cook it and it was very smooth and creamy, not lumpy like some people said. Thanks for the recipe. It was my first time making Boston Cream Pie and it was pretty easy, just tiring stiring the filling.
