Amish Breakfast Casserole
Wow. probably the best breakfast casserole I ever had. I added fresh mushrooms fried in butter to all of it. Then to spice it up I added sauted onions & green peppers to the one side. I also sprinkled with seasoned salt. I definetly added it to my recipe box.
