Italian Wedding Soup I
I love the wedding soup that a restaurant here serves, and have been searching everywhere for a recipe. This is it! Except I omited the carrots and added celery and onion fried in butter. I also cheated and used half a box of frozen meatballs. EVERYONE loves this soup and begs for the leftovers...a real keeper!
