Orange Smoothie
These were great - my family loved them. I wish they were a little thicker - may cut down on the water next time. I threw a banana and some protein powder in them to thicken it up and add some extra vitamins. Made a great healthy breakfast drink!

Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding
My husband and kids liked this and I liked making it from scratch and leaving out all the preservatives that go with boxed pudding. My only complaint was color and texture. Color was lighter than box pudding and the texture wasn't as smooth as I'd expect. It was perfectly smooth while cooking but when I put it in a container to chill it came out with some lumps.

Chocolate Banana Bread
My husband and boys gave this banana bread a 5-star rating! I was not as impressed and thought the chocolate was a little overpowering - but I'm not a huge chocolate fan. Overall the bread was very easy to throw together and was very moist. Not sure if it was my oven or not but it took about 20 minutes longer to cook than what was in the directions. Note - this makes 2 VERY BIG loaves. Could probably do 3 smaller loaves if you wanted. Definately will make again for the family.
