Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
This is very tasty! I had leftover pork chops that I want to reuse in a different dish. This was it! I cut the recipe in half, shred 3 pork chops, sauteed the garlic and onions in a saucepan, added the other ingredients and left it on low for 15 minutes to let the flavors combine. Then I added the pork chops and heated through. It was a great way to use our leftovers. I would also love to try this recipe as it was intended.
