Coconut Curry Black Bean Burgers - Thai Style!

You need to live in a grocery store to make these. Look at the list of ingredients-it's a mile long! I modified the recipe because I didn't have all the ingredients and didn't want to spend a hundred dollars on this recipe. It didn't turn out very well.

Dump Cake III

I never use apple pie filling so I substituted 4 medium diced apples. I put the frosting on, but found I like it better without. It just seemed too sweet. The frosting is awesome and I'll definitely use it on something else.
