Cherry Pie IV
Wonderful flavor and not runny at all! I used 3 cans of tart cherries and it was the perfect blend of tart and sweet. I used the Baker's Secret pie crust, which I use for all my pies now and get rave reviews on it also.

Crunchy Corn Medley
I made this for work and everyone raved about it! I forgot the water chestnuts, but it was good without them. I used one can of LeSeur peas since I don't like frozen peas, cut the green onion down to 4 and the bell pepper to 1/2. I also cut the sugar to 1/4 cup and it was plenty sweet. I used olive oil for the vegetable oil. It was so YUMMY!

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins
These were wonderful!!! For once, I didn't change a thing in the recipe and they came out perfect. I made a little extra topping, but had too much so I will just make the recipe amount next time.
