Caramel Shortbread Squares

when boiling the caramel, make sure it is a slow boil. Otherwise it hardens to more of a toffee and it's impossible to cut!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe was perfect for Superbowl Sunday! Substitue Blue Cheese for the Ranch and bake for 20 mins at 350 (instead of the slow cooker). Serve with tortilla chips.
