About this Cook
As a criminologist, I often find myself under lots of stress. Cooking is a way for me to unwind and focus my thoughts positively. We often have low key or high end dinner parties which allow me to practice a wide range of dishes. I love cooking foods that are local, organic and "in season".
My cooking triumphs
Pork tenderloin stuffed with cranberries and brie - cooked in apple juice.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
This was excellent. Added hot red peppers to taste and used asiago instead of romano cheese. Will make again. Thanks!

Pasta Salad with Homemade Dressing
The dressing was amazing! I have to admit as well, that I was looking for a dressing recipe. Nonetheless, I omitted the meat and merely used quartered grape tomatoes, halves of both yellow and red peppers, red onion to taste, a small cucumber, parmesan cheese (finely grated), sea salt / freshly ground pepper and whole wheat rotini - all this combined with the dressing was amazing!
