This dip was really good served with Tostitos. The only issue was, after it started to cool, it began to harden and the cheese oozed grease. The taste was good, but just make sure that you eat it fast while it's still hot.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

I made this soup the other day, and all I can say is: "wow!" It is so creamy and full of flavor. Next time I make it, I am going to make it the night before. Letting it sit over night makes it thicker, like the consistency of clam chowder. Really great.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This chili is absolutely delicious! It takes a while to put together, but it is so good that it's worth the wait. I promise, after making this chili, you will never want to use chili-o mix again.

Key Lime Pie VII

I'm sorry, but I was not impressed with this pie at all. Key lime pie is one of my favorite desserts, and I was so excited to try this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly, and before I put it in the oven, I knew something was not right. The pie was not at all firm, it was almost like a pudding. It was not tart (that's just my preference), and the sweetened condensed milk overpowered the whole pie. I guess this would be a good recipe if your looking to make an Eagle's Brand Milk pie.

Cherry Limeade I

This was very good cherry limeade. Tasted just like my favorite drink from Sonic. I read some of the reviews that said it was too tart, so I bought three 6oz cans of limeade to make it 18oz instead of 24oz. I thought this was the perfect combination of sweet and tart. I also tried it with a little vodka to make it a fruity cocktail, and it was delicious, but dangerous. I will definitely make this again.

Easy OREO Truffles

These truffles were amazing! Way better than I ever expected. I followed the recipe exactly, and they came out perfect. No need to make adjustments. I only froze the truffles for two hours and they were fine. I love watching everybody's reaction when they take that first bite. I will try putting toothpicks in the truffles next time to make dipping them in the chocolate easier. I will definitely be giving these as gifts this year in little Christmas tins.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I've made these cookies twice. The first time, I didn't use a muffin pan, I just used a cookie sheet. When I tried to push the pb cups into the cookies, they cracked and the pb cups would only go in about half way. The second time, I used a muffin pan, and I put the pb cups in the freezer for about 20 minutes beforehand. What a difference! The pb cups easily pushed into the cookies and didn't get all soft and melty. The cookies stayed intact, and they looked great. Plan enough time to make these cookies because they take a long time to cool. The reese cups melt in the cookies and it gets messy trying to eat them. They take a couple of hours to harden back up. Even though my first attempt didn't turn out so great, these cookies are delicious. They aren't too rich, and they are soft and gooey.

Italian Sausage Soup

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

This was the first recipe I tried on allrecipes.com. I can honestly say this is one of my favorites. Make sure to make this dessert in advance because if it doesn't chill, the graham crackers stay crunchy, and it doesn't taste as good.
